This oiled hardwood paddle is used to shape the dough shells for traditional Korso Seed Cakes. While the most traditional fillings use a mix of whole and ground seeds, fats and dried berries, there are myriad more modern or fillings that can be found year-round. Offerings are often influenced by the food cultures of the locale serving the offering.
